About The Position
Wintrust is seeking a Branch Manager for Wisconsin’s Bank. The Branch Manager manages daily branch operations and actively develops existing and new customer relationships. The role works with other lines of business to maximize the growth and profitability of the banking center. Responsibilities include overseeing branch operations such as hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management; managing staff sales performance through coaching and development; handling employee performance issues; resolving escalated customer matters; performing Personal Banker duties as needed; and building the bank’s local presence through networking and outbound calling. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, previous retail banking and managerial experience, and business development experience that includes working with small business customers. A college degree or related banking experience is preferred. The position is onsite in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and offers an estimated salary of $71,000–$95,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
