About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Branch Manager for its West Bend-Meijer Branch. The role leads branch employees and daily operations, develops member relationships, supports lending practices, and helps the branch achieve its business objectives. The manager promotes a culture of growth, accountability, teamwork, and relationship building while representing the credit union in the local community.

Requirements

At least 4 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
Demonstrated success coaching, motivating, and developing employees.
Experience managing performance goals and improving business or operational results.
Strong communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
A people-focused leader who takes initiative, leads by example, and values accountability.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services or consumer lending is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop local relationships and represent Kohler Credit Union in the West Bend community.
Set clear expectations, encourage teamwork, and recognize employee contributions.
