About The Position
Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager at our Lonsdale office in North Vancouver, BC. This role is for a career-minded individual who is focused on expanding their management experience in a rapidly growing organization. The Branch Manager is a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and their team members. They are responsible for all daily office operations, inspiring, guiding, and supporting the team to achieve the goals of clients, the company, and team members, while leveraging insurance expertise.
Requirements
- High level of diplomacy, balancing great judgment with empathy for a variety of stakeholders.
- 2 years of leadership experience
Nice To Haves
- Insurance broker Level 3 license and working towards CAIB and/or CIP are an asset.

- Responsible for all our daily office operations.
