About The Position

The Branch Manager works alongside current branch leadership to oversee the branch’s growth and quality. The role assists with profit-and-loss management, employee management, and customer retention, while ensuring excellent customer service. Relocation may be required, and relocation accommodations will be assisted.

Requirements

• At least two years of operations, branch management, or other leadership experience.
• Customer-facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable entering crawl spaces and attics.
• Able to work outside in all types of weather.
• Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pest control experience.
• Pest control license.

Responsibilities

• Mentor branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and career growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with employees and support training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.
• Interact with customers to identify the root of their concerns, answer questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.
• Assist the Region Manager in maintaining the branch’s profit and loss and supporting financial growth.
• Help expand the branch’s service-type capabilities.
