About The Position

Previous recruiting or staffing experience is not required. Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.
Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.
Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
