About The Position

As a Branch Manager Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training across every area of branch operations—from warehouse and counter sales to inventory management and business processes. This immersive, ground-up program is designed to prepare you for future leadership by giving you the tools, experience, and mentorship needed to run a branch with confidence. In this role, you’ll wear many hats while gaining real-world, frontline experience. You’ll be actively involved in building strong customer relationships to drive sales and service, overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels, learning accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations, ensuring safety and compliance across all branch activities, supporting warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping, and handling counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism and product knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs
