About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager for Temporary Fencing. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics. The Branch Manager will drive financial performance and operational excellence, manage P&L and reporting, and coach and develop their team. This is an opportunity to lead a multi-million dollar business in an entrepreneurial and empowering workplace, with potential for career growth into multi-unit or sales leadership.

Requirements

• Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong leadership and communication
• Understanding of P&L and financial controls
• Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
• High accountability and time management

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
