Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to grow a high-performing team
  • Conduct client quality visits, strengthen relationships, and quickly solve operational challenges
  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate recruiting and order fulfillment to keep business running seamlessly
  • Hold quarterly business reviews and manage key client interactions
  • Lead sales meetings, and run pipeline calls that drive revenue
  • Make outbound calls to set meetings with new clients and grow market share
