The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of the operation. They will also work with the staff to foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. A hands-on approach, committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable the achievement of sales goals, while complying with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT. Knowledgeable about safe work practices, policies, and procedures, and performs all duties in a safe manner. We’re seeking someone who can lead with confidence and think independently to make informed decisions without constant oversight, with the attributes below.
