Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in banking, credit union, or financial services
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Experience managing branch operations and driving performance metrics
  • Ability to build relationships with members and the community
  • Knowledge of consumer lending and financial products/services
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • 3-5 years of similar or related experience
  • A two-year college degree, or a completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
  • Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals
  • Deliver outstanding member service while identifying opportunities to expand relationships
  • Support financial wellness initiatives through coaching, education, and member engagement
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadership
  • Resolve member and operational issues effectively and professionally
  • Promote credit union products, services, and community engagement initiatives
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
