About The Position
As Branch Manager II, you lead a high-volume branch (annual revenue $5M+) and ensure consistent financial performance, compliant operations, and reliable patient service. You are accountable for branch strategy, execution, and results.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership of teams (2+ direct reports) and complex operations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership
- Ability to resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Own the branch P&L, driving revenue growth and operating income.
- Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand market share.
- Direct daily functions across customer service, distribution, and respiratory services.
- Set workflows, schedules, and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
- Manage inventory for durable medical equipment, supplies, and facility resources.
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach staff; set clear expectations and evaluate performance.
- Enforce policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
