About The Position

As a Branch Manager in our Latitude Landings Branch you will be responsible for profitably directing and administering the growth, service, and operations of a Level II branch within a defined market, ensuring member retention, profitability, and employee development.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2+ years’ experience as an SCCU Lead Member Service Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, or equivalent leadership experience required.
  • A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directs staff performance through coaching, cross-training, and performance appraisals to achieve established goals and service levels.
  • Create a sales-oriented environment, setting sales goals, and directing employee performance to achieve targets.
  • Provides coaching and training for Leads/Assistant Managers to support sustainable sales performance within their branches.
  • Manages timely and accurate sales and referral tracking, facilitating periodic sales contests.
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Acts as a point of escalation for member issues, coordinating resolutions with other Credit Union departments.
