The Branch Manager C manages a branch office with deposits less than $50 million. This role involves promoting the expansion of existing business relationships and developing new business, extending credit to businesses and individuals within lending authority, and overseeing the daily operations of the branch. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, maintaining security procedures, and resolving routine and complex problems. The manager is expected to direct branch activities to promote the growth of the Bank, call on clients, represent the Bank at community functions, and maintain current awareness of all Bank products and services for cross-selling. They also process and underwrite home equity and installment loans, ensure adherence to regulations, and manage staff through scheduling, performance appraisals, and training. Additionally, the manager assists customers with transactions, resolves problems, approves overdrafts, and stays informed about economic characteristics and financial industry trends.
