This role is responsible for demonstrating and ensuring all team members provide an excellent customer experience reflective of U.S. Bank culture and core values. The primary duty is to lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and compliance with banking laws and regulations. The manager will regularly coach, develop, mentor, and train team members, exercising discretion and independent judgment. They are responsible for utilizing effective communication and critical thinking to identify financial resources for customers, providing recommendations for appropriate products and services, and helping customers achieve financial goals through collaboration with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services. The position acts as a leader for customer experience, provides motivation and direction for the team, expands the customer base, and promotes U.S. Bank products and services by participating in the local market/community.
