About The Position

The Branch Leader role is a developmental opportunity for individuals aiming to lead their own branch. This position involves collaborating with senior management to oversee a team of sales and service associates, with the goal of preparing them to manage their own branches. The Branch Leader will support the Vice President, Branch Leader by building a strong sales team and developing service associates who drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Key activities include implementing national initiatives for business growth through customer engagement, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation events. The role also encompasses coordinating branch operations, ensuring compliance, resolving customer issues, and motivating associates to achieve success. This is a 12-24 month developmental program designed to cultivate talent within the investor center network and support the assigned VP, Branch Leader. The associate may work at multiple branches or have a different main branch during the program.

Requirements

  • At least five years in a financial sales role.
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required.
  • Must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire.
  • Background in relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of financial services.
  • Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities.
  • Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
  • Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is preferred.
