About The Position

Fidelity Branch Leaders collaborate with senior management to manage a team of successful associates preparing to lead their own branch. This role requires a visionary spirit and strategic perspective to help the branch distinguish itself from competitors. The Branch Leader supports the Vice President, Branch Leader by building a strong sales team and developing service associates who help generate revenue opportunities and ensure high customer happiness. The role involves applying national initiatives to increase business growth through customer engagement, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events. Additionally, the Branch Leader coordinates branch operations, ensuring compliance and resolving customer concerns, while developing and motivating associates to achieve individual and team success. This is a developmental role lasting 12-24 months, designed to develop talent within the investor center network and aid the assigned VP, Branch Leader. The role may involve working at more than one branch or having a different main branch during the program.

Requirements

  • At least five years in a financial sales role.
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required.
  • Must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire.
  • Background in relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of financial services.
  • Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities.
  • Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
  • Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is preferred.
