The Branch Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned branches, including driving branch performance through leadership, coaching, and management, as well as business development. Small business expertise and development are critical to Truist’s Purpose of inspiring and building better lives and communities. This role ensures compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. It also involves the management of human capital, including interviewing, selection, hiring, conducting performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and workforce management scheduling. The position may require cross-training to assist with teller transactions as needed.
