About The Position

The Branch Intern will be performing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects. This is a full time Monday-Friday position.

Requirements

Ability to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Effectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.
1-2 years industry related college coursework
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

Performing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management.
Participating in special projects.
Answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Collecting information needed for performance reports and coordinating the appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.
Performing general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.
Participating in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.
