The Branch Intern will perform a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects. Requirements

Ability to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Effectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.
Minimum 1+ years industry related college coursework.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management.
Participate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.
Perform administrative duties as needed such as answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Collect information needed for performance reports.
Coordinate the appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.
Perform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.
