About The Position

The Branch Engagement Manager (BEM) is responsible for managing and optimizing the self-apply platform, a key acquisition channel within Elan. The position oversees day-to-day platform operations, including vendor management, issue resolution, and compliance as a digital property owner. This role will monitor platform performance, investigate anomalies in banker activity in partnership with fraud and risk teams, and ensure appropriate follow-up and communication with internal stakeholders. In addition to operational responsibilities, this role will drive strategic initiatives to increase channel adoption through platform enhancements, training and education, and cross-functional collaboration. The position also requires synthesizing data insights into executive-level reporting, submitting and auditing content within the Client Resource Center (CRC) and contributing to ongoing platform optimization efforts. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, vendor management experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Responsibilities
