About The Position

The Branch Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing and coordinating all functions related to the business and key operations metrics. This role involves leading Branch Supervisors, recruiting and training employees, and providing direct oversight over the branch's financials. The Director will also collaborate with ownership on budget creation, identify and resolve workplace inefficiencies, handle reporting (financial and operational), manage branch vendors, conduct contract reviews with head office, and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in business, logistics or transportation related field
Five (5) years of experience with 3PL transportation or inside brokerage sales.
Proven ability to generate revenue from major customers.
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch
Manage and coordinate all function relating to the business and key operations metrics.
Lead the Branch Supervisors to the accomplishment of their goals.
Recruiting and training of employees
Direct oversight over financials of the branch
Work with ownership in creating budgets.
