About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Full-Time Branch Director (RN) for their Port Charlotte, FL location. This leadership role involves overseeing branch performance, growth strategy, and operations, while building and developing a high-impact clinical and operational team. The position offers true autonomy with executive support, partnering directly with the VP of Operations. The organization is mission-driven, focusing on delivering high-quality, compassionate home health services and supporting its team with growth and leadership backing. Concierge Home Care has expanded across 60+ counties in Florida since 2015 and continues to grow.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Employment may require successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening

Responsibilities

• Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations
• Build and execute a local business plan
• Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts
• Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent
• Coach and develop staff for high performance
