About The Position

ADORATION HOME HEALTH is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Branch Director to join our team in DENVER, CO. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the Branch Director to oversee branch operations while also providing direct patient care in the field as needed. The Branch Director will be based in the Denver, CO area for approximately 60–90 days to recruit, build, and develop a team of clinicians. Once the team is established, the Branch Director and clinical team will transition to a new branch serving the Loveland/Longmont, CO area. During the temporary assignment in Denver, mileage reimbursement will be provided for the additional commute. Additional responsibilities include participating in administrative on-call coverage one week per month, leading and supporting clinical staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance, and assisting with the successful launch and growth of the new Loveland/Longmont branch.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse looking for a new leadership opportunity
  • Clinical Manager leadership experience (required)
  • Home Health experience (required)
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills
  • Willingness to provide direct patient care in the field when needed
  • Ability to travel between branch locations during the transition period
  • RN license (either ASN or BSN)
  • Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
  • Valid license from the state practicing in
  • Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
  • Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
  • Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
  • Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch
  • Participating in administrative on-call coverage one week per month.
  • Leading and supporting clinical staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting with the successful launch and growth of the new Loveland/Longmont branch.
