About The Position

The Branch Credit Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing the activities of the credit department. This includes managing associated agencies in the assigned territory. The role holder is accountable for the efficient and optimized retrieval of EMIs from customers, ensuring adherence to all bank guidelines, and contributing to the bank's overall organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management
• Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
• 2-5 Years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Identification of branches and potential locations, competition mapping with non-bank financial institutions and banks, and the volume generated by them.
• Increasing the distribution channel by identifying various channels for commercial vehicles.
• Collaborating with the product head of business loans to ensure customers are offered best-in-class solutions for funding or multi-funding requirements and that key direct sales teams are appropriately incentivized.
• Designing a fulfilling customer journey leading to customer delight and making IDFC First their banking partner of choice.
• Ensuring the successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory frameworks across the business.
