Branch Clinical Manager (RN) Home Health

Adaptive Home HealthDetroit, MI
Onsite

About The Position

We are fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. We’ve built one of the best AI teams in the world (from Character AI, Scale, Palantir, Citadel, Jane Street) and paired them with a team of healthcare veterans to build a new type of healthcare company: one that delivers care at the speed of an AI company. We have created an opportunity for home health branch clinical leadership to be free from high-volume, process-intensive back-office functions with centralized support. This allows our Clinical Managers to have full focus where it matters most: active clinical oversight, enhanced skills training and development, and driving systems and behaviors that keep patients safe and out of the hospital. Our technology also eliminates administrative burden so that clinicians can focus on what they were trained to do: deliver excellent patient care.
