About The Position

The Branch Office Clerk performs a combination of clerical and accounting duties including daily invoice reconciliation, scanning and research of invoices. Also, the Branch Clerk performs assigned customer service functions to ensure superior customer service to all external and internal customers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
  • Strong understanding of internet navigation

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily reconciliation and cleanup of driver bag invoices
  • Responsible for balancing and applying payment for driver bag invoices
  • Research and resolve missing invoice report on daily basis for driver invoices
  • Responsible for scanning of all daily invoices and credits
  • Support and backup receptionist in regard to answering phones for breaks and lunch
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Responsible for daily billing of orders for delivery including review and corrections of orders and edits
  • Responsible for permit updates and state delinquent regulations for accounts regarding orders and billing
  • Process orders; input data and assist with resolving order issues
  • Enter all inventory adjustments accurately and timely
  • Ensure invoices and pick sheets are generated for immediate bills and hot shot trucks per guidelines
  • Set up and maintain customer account information (e.g., terms, state regulatory permit updates, etc.)
  • Responsible for item maintenance for warehouse and management
  • Support physical inventory as needed
  • Responsible for month-end processes and future orders
  • Work with customers regarding order and delivery information
