We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to drive growth and community presence for our branch. In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks; you will be the engine behind our market expansion. You will identify new opportunities, spearhead community engagement, and provide the marketing support our team needs to win. Business Development & Strategic Growth Drive Strategy: Oversee the implementation and administration of the branch’s business development initiatives. Market Analysis: Scout new markets, evaluate high-potential business opportunities, and build targeted strategies to capture new customers. Measure Success: Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track program success, sharing actionable insights with branch leadership. Marketing & Brand Advocacy Digital & Social Support: Empower the branch team with social media guidance, affiliate networking strategies, and internal platforms like FairwayMyWay. Event Management: Act as a brand ambassador by attending and assisting with Fairway community events. Collateral & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end process for marketing materials—from ordering and assembling promotional items to ensuring seamless delivery to partners.
