Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience in business development, marketing, or relationship management.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing internal and external partnerships in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to research, analyze, and interpret data to make solid business decisions.
  • Communication & Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of marketing strategies, customer service best practices, and a basic familiarity with real estate lending regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategy: Oversee the implementation and administration of the branch’s business development initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Scout new markets, evaluate high-potential business opportunities, and build targeted strategies to capture new customers.
  • Measure Success: Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track program success, sharing actionable insights with branch leadership.
  • Digital & Social Support: Empower the branch team with social media guidance, affiliate networking strategies, and internal platforms like FairwayMyWay.
  • Event Management: Act as a brand ambassador by attending and assisting with Fairway community events.
  • Collateral & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end process for marketing materials—from ordering and assembling promotional items to ensuring seamless delivery to partners.
