Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to pass a pre-employment physical examination
Must pass a D.O.T physical and drug test
Willingness to learn
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at branch locations.
Offer advice and recommendations based on customer needs.
Develop hands-on-training and skills in multiple trades.
Offer product recommendations and find cost-effective solutions for customer needs.
Keep the retail store clean and organized.
Track inventory meticulously.
Fill orders and ensure stock is ready for reorders.
Assist with shipping and receiving.
Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into appropriate trucks.
Ensure customers have what they need when they need it.
Complete jobs properly and efficiently.
Keep everything in order and learn about various trades.
