Requirements

A "mechanically minded" individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical and Drug test.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Act as a consultant, providing product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy. You understand that being a good steward of our stock directly impacts our shared profitability.
Maintain a clean, organized, professional branch and warehouse. You take initiative to improve the branch because it is your branch.
Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals. Support your fellow associates by assisting with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
Take ownership of your technical growth. Actively participate in training programs for the latest trade products and technologies to better serve our customers.
