Requirements
- A "mechanically minded" individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
- A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical and Drug test.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Act as a consultant, providing product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
- Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom and warehouse.
- Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals.
- Support your fellow owners by assisting with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
- Take ownership of your technical growth.
- Actively participate in training programs for the latest trade products and technologies to better serve our customers.
