As a Branch Ambassador, you will contribute to the success of the Credit Union by creating member loyalty and providing member service excellence. You will assist members and non-members in person, electronically or by telephone, and direct them to an Advisor who can offer needs-based advice that will enhance their financial well-being. You will also support members with routine transactions, educate them about the new branch design and new ways of banking, and provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel.
