About The Position

Sandvik Mining is looking for a Branch Administrator in White Pine, TN. This is a hybrid role requiring 5 days/week in the office. The Branch Administrator serves as the central administrative support role for the branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations, a professional visitor experience, and reliable support for local leadership and operational teams in a heavy mining equipment support environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years administrative experience in a heavy industrial environment
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.

  • Experience in office or site management or branch support environment
  • Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or service-support environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, and/or purchasing platforms
  • Additional education in business administration
  • Additional site-specific safety training, inductions, or certifications may be required at site

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and professional workplace, including replenishment of office, cleaning, and refreshment supplies
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general branch inquiries while providing reception and administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings, room setup, training logistics, travel arrangements, mail, and routine correspondence
  • Oversee branch facilities, workplace readiness, minor maintenance coordination, and general site support services
  • Manage visitor access, contractor coordination, and site inductions; ensure compliance with PPE, safety, and site entry requirements
  • Support office and EHS inspections, safety documentation, audit records, and adherence to company and site requirements
  • Coordinate indirect purchasing, including purchase requisitions, vendor records, order tracking, and procurement support as the assigned site buyer
  • Provide fleet and financial administrative support, including vehicle allocation coordination, service records, invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounts support
  • Maintain accurate records, support reporting and data entry, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee records as needed
  • Support weekly employee timekeeping records and reconciliation
