Juniper is seeking a Branch Administrator to support the team and the Branch Manager on contract and office administration aspects. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A demonstrated ability to develop strong professional relationships in a business setting
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superior attention to detail and follow-up with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to use computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technology applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting teams in the service, construction, or landscaping industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, client questions, and service scheduling.
  • Prepare and distribute daily route sheets, treatment documentation, and compliance paperwork.
  • Maintain chemical logs, calibration records, and application reporting.
  • Process billing, confirm work completion, and ensure accurate coding of labor, materials, and chemical usage.
  • Support payroll by checking timesheets and resolving discrepancies with the Branch Manager.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, and branch inventory entry.
  • Update CRM/ERP systems with completed work, follow-ups, and next-treatment cycles.
  • Track fleet maintenance schedules, insurance renewals, vehicle inspections, and fuel logs.
  • Maintain new-hire packets, compliance documents, onboarding items, and training logs.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with sales preparation, including gathering data, assembling bid packets, and formatting proposals.
  • Support opportunity setup in the operating system with Branch Manager guidance.
  • Assist with special projects, reporting, and branch initiatives as directed.
