About The Position

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Brake Press Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating brake press equipment, reading blueprints, and producing quality sheet metal parts in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Previous brake press operating experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machines to form and bend sheet metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Select proper tooling and adjust machine settings for accurate production.
• Measure completed parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
