About The Position

Kapco Inc. is looking for a Brake Press Operator on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. This role involves safely setting up and operating production equipment, understanding and using measuring tools, reading blueprints, performing quality documentation, participating in continuous improvement projects, and troubleshooting equipment and jobs. The operator will also follow the production schedule and report any sub-standard rates. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Ability to safely set-up and operate company production equipment
Ability to understand and use measuring and testing equipment
Ability to read and understand blueprints and other engineering specifications
Ability to perform housekeeping, organization, and documentation for quality and system labor reporting daily
Ability to attend meetings and participate on continuous improvement projects
Ability to troubleshoot both equipment and jobs, if needed
Ability to follow the production schedule for the area and report sub-standard rates
