About The Position

Make a Difference Every Day! Join our team and help support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life. As a member of our team, your role of Caregiver/Direct Care will involve supervising and directly training patients with brain injuries in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and therapeutic home programs. You'll be working in a beautiful residential apartment/home-like setting, offering skilled instruction and supervision to patients. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage in social, recreational, shopping, and entertainment activities in community settings.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License: With an acceptable driving record
Successful completion of a drug screen, health screen, and criminal record check (fingerprints) for caregiver positions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, and household tasks)
Teach and support independence skills
Document client progress and activities
Accompany clients on community outings, shopping trips, and recreational activities
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
