About The Position

The Braider Operator is responsible for properly setting up braiding machines. This role involves maintaining continuous operation of braiders by replenishing empty spool packages with full packages, performing quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications, and accurately completing production records and documentation. The position also requires communicating production status and any issues to incoming shifts, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety by consistently utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following all established safety protocols. Employees are expected to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English preferred
• Good motor coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
