About The Position

This position is for a Junior Varsity (JV) Boys Tennis Coach at Plymouth High School, responsible for the overall organization and management of the sport. The coach will oversee equipment, awards, and season summaries, and must be able to work effectively with students and parents. The role requires a flexible schedule compatible with high school activities and may involve bending, lifting, and overhead work.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in high school level coaching or playing at college or university level in the sport.
• Applicant must have a time schedule compatible with that of the high school.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or first aide training preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire organization of the sport.
• Directly responsible for all equipment in his/her sport, including filing a complete inventory with the director at the end of each season.
• Responsible for all awards presented in his/her sport and a season summary.
• Bending, lifting, and overhead work required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
