About The Position

DSST Public Schools is seeking a Boys Soccer JV Assistant Coach to join their team. This is a seasonal, fixed-term, temporary, and benefits-ineligible position. The coach will be responsible for modeling and reinforcing the school's core values, fostering a positive team environment, and implementing comprehensive training programs. The role requires organizing practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols. Coaches must also be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive activity buses.

Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team
Conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development
Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
Be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses
