About The Position

The Village School of Naples is seeking a Boys Soccer Coach for its middle school and upper school teams, beginning in winter 2026. The school values inquiry-based, student-centered learning that empowers and inspires students to create solutions to challenges in an ever-changing world.

The coach will organize and create daily practice plans, manage the team, and emphasize player development and skill building. The coach will work directly with the Athletic Director and program coaches on goals and operations, and will communicate with students, parents, and staff while mentoring students.

Requirements

• Successful coaching experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff.
• Desire to mentor students.
• Desire to work with middle school-age students.
