About The Position
The Boys Soccer Coach position at Indian Trail Middle School is a coaching role for the 26/27 school year. The coach will be responsible for developing players' fundamental skills and strategies, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained, performing administrative duties, and scheduling and supervising contests and practice sessions. The role also involves organizing team events and other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Experience coaching the sport
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Organizational/motivational skills
- Strong knowledge of the sport (rules, drills, etc)
- Candidates must have a State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County, or have taken the A.S.E.P. Requirements for Coaching in Illinois, or have a State of Illinois Substitute Teaching License registered in Will County.
