About The Position

Pioneer Middle School is seeking a Boys Basketball Coach. The coach will be responsible for the entire organization of the sport, including all equipment. This role requires bending, lifting, and overhead work, and the ability to work with parents and children. The position is for the Winter 2026 season.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Applicant must have a time schedule compatible with that of the middle school.
• Demonstrated ability to work with parents and children.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in middle or high school level coaching and/or participation in sport.
• CPR and/or first aide training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire organization of the sport.
• Directly responsible for all equipment in his/her sport.
• File a complete inventory of all equipment with the director at the end of each season.
• Bending, lifting, and overhead work required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
