About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gasket Boxer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging finished gasket products efficiently and safely while ensuring quality standards are met. Requirements

Ability to identify product defects and packaging errors to ensure high-quality standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good organizational skills to keep packaging materials and workspaces neat and orderly.
Ability to count and verify quantities accurately.
Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Box finished gasket products according to company specifications, ensuring proper alignment, and secure packaging.
Inspect gaskets for defects, damage, or irregularities before boxing, and ensure they meet company standards.
Accurately label boxes with the correct part numbers, quantities, and shipping information.
Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of boxes, labels, and other packaging materials, and notify supervisors when stock is low.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure all packaging areas are kept tidy and that workstations are regularly sanitized.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Work closely with other production team members to ensure seamless transitions between production and packaging stages.
Ensure that all boxed products are securely prepared for shipment and ready for distribution.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring clear and respectful communication across all levels of the organization.
Actively drive change by encouraging and implementing cross-functional improvements that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
