About The Position

Exos is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced group exercise instructor who is passionate about health and wellness and motivating others. The instructor leads engaging, effective classes for people of varying fitness levels and helps create a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment. The role requires a nationally accredited group exercise certification and current CPR/AED certification. First Aid certification is preferred. Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats must also be trained and licensed to teach those formats.

Requirements

At least one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
Current nationally accredited group exercise certification, such as AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire people in a group setting.
Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Nice To Haves

Current First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats, such as Zumba or Yoga, must be trained and licensed in those specific formats.
