About The Position
Kinema Fitness is a fast-growing corporate wellness company that provides on-site fitness programming to companies across the country. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Boxing / Kickboxing Instructor to bring high-impact training to life at our premier corporate fitness center. The ideal candidate brings vibrant energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for fitness and helping others succeed. This role will lead dynamic boxing/kickboxing classes designed for all levels, creating an inclusive, motivating, and results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Certified Boxing / Group Fitness Instructor
- CPR/AED certified
- Liability Insurance
Nice To Haves
- Certified Boxing and/or Kickboxing instruction experience
- Confident coaching presence with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, safe, and high-energy boxing/kickboxing classes
- Create thoughtfully programmed workouts for diverse fitness levels
- Build strong relationships with members and foster community
Benefits
- Class Commission: $50 per 45 minute class
