About The Position

We are seeking experienced Box Truck Owner Operators with their own authority (DOT/MC) or those interested in lease-on options. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position focused on dedicated accounts, with opportunities for out-and-back runs and longer hauls. Drivers have the flexibility to be home on weekends or run longer, covering surrounding states. We prioritize work-life balance and understand that trucking decisions involve the entire family. We offer great pay, dedicated dispatch, and are continuously working to add more dedicated dry freight accounts for our owner operators.

Requirements

Own or lease a 26 ft box truck with a lift gate.
Possess own DOT/MC authority, or be open to lease-on options.
Valid DOT Medical card.
No DUIs/DWIs in the past 7 years.
Decent background check.
Pallet jack.

Nice To Haves

Dedicated accounts.
Experience with out-and-back runs.
Willingness to run longer hauls and surrounding states.
Understanding of work-life balance and family involvement in trucking decisions.

Responsibilities

Operate a 26 ft box truck with a lift gate.

Adhere to customer requirements regarding driving history (no DUIs/DWIs in the past 7 years and decent background).
Manage time effectively to maximize revenue and maintain home time.
Utilize pallet jack for loading/unloading as needed.
