About The Position

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position for a Box Truck Owner Operator. The role involves running midwest surrounding states with shorter hauls and dedicated accounts. Drivers will be operating a 26 ft box truck with a lift gate. The company offers dedicated dispatch/freight management to ensure high revenue. Drivers can choose to be home on weekends or run longer, with some loads being out and back and others closer to home. The freight is dry freight with great pay and home time for work-life balance. Requirements

• Box truck Owner Operator with your own DOT/MC.
• Own a 26 ft Box truck with lift gate.
• Current DOT Medical card.
• No DIU/DWI in the past 7 years.
• Decent background.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck with a lift gate.
• Complete out and back runs and some nights on the road.
• Manage freight and ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain communication with dispatch/freight manager.
• Adhere to customer requirements regarding DIU/DWI and background checks.
