About The Position

MML Alliance hires experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck to run Over-the-Road (OTR) across 48 states. If you're an independent contractor/owner operator looking for steady loads, strong back-office support, and weekly pay, we offer a profitable partnership with transparency and no forced dispatch. This OTR position operates across all 48 states, with routes discussed with your dispatcher. Your earnings depend on your availability, routes chosen, and time on the road. Mandatory orientation is held Monday–Thursday, starting at 9 a.m., with the first load dispatched immediately after completion. Orientation takes a few hours and is required before loads can be assigned.

Requirements

Experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
NON-CDL license requirement.
Must be available for a minimum of 2 weeks on the road.
