About The Position

This position is responsible for operating a box truck to transport manufactured goods on a planned route between Modineer's Niles Plant Locations and Benton Harbor, MI. The role also involves loading and unloading trucks and performing material handling duties when not driving. The driver is accountable for the safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the truck, as well as ensuring proper paperwork is completed daily and reported promptly. Professional representation of Modineer on the road and with customers and vendors is essential. No overnight travel is involved.

Requirements

• Current Class E license
• Ability to pass a written and practical fork truck test
• Ability to perform all required Modineer production system documentation such as production reports, inspection reports, etc.
• Good Attendance (less than 5 chargeable absences)
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work as part of a team
